For an industrial production site near Rennes, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to strengthen recruitment activities on site.

In this role, you manage the full recruitment cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar positions across production, maintenance, quality, engineering and support teams. You work closely with hiring managers, the local HR team and sourcing specialists to understand staffing needs and translate them into effective hiring actions.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for open vacancies on the site.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment approaches.
  • Write and align job advertisements in French and, when needed, in English.
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, local networks, schools and relevant staffing channels.
  • Carry out initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience and overall fit.
  • Support onboarding so new employees can integrate smoothly into the organisation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and local market contacts.
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIs to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.

📝 Your profile

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • You have proven experience in the recruitment of blue-collar workers and white-collar profiles.
  • You are comfortable handling several vacancies in parallel in a dynamic environment.
  • You work independently and take ownership of the full recruitment process.
  • You have a solid understanding of French labour law and hiring-related regulations, including non-discrimination rules and contract types.
  • Knowledge of SHL assessments and questionnaires such as OPQ, MQ and G+ is a plus.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors.
  • You are a team player who builds trust with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
  • You communicate clearly, listen actively and conduct interviews in a structured way.
  • You are pragmatic, flexible and able to adapt to changing operational priorities.
  • You have a native level of French and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • You are available for on-site presence three days per week, with additional presence during onboarding periods when required.
