ICT Infrastructure Project Manager - Cloud & Security (Freelance possible)

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

As ICT Infrastructure Project Manager, you lead projects focused on the design, adaptation and deployment of infrastructure and security solutions that support the information system.

• Coordinate and oversee all project activities from initiation to delivery.
• Identify stakeholders and ensure effective alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define scope and deliverables, and translate these into a clear planning and budget.
• Manage risks, issues and changes, including impact assessment and follow-up actions.
• Ensure a smooth handover of project knowledge so that continuity in business-as-usual operations is maintained for all impacted parties.
• Support the selection of external partners through RFI/RFP processes when relevant.

You will work on transformation initiatives related to IT and OT infrastructure, including projects involving cloud migration and IT security technologies and controls.

📝 Your profile

• You have solid experience as an ICT Project Manager in infrastructure environments.
• You have hands-on experience applying project management techniques and tools, including risk management and issue management.
• You are familiar with Service Management best practices.
• You have managed infrastructure projects involving cloud migration and/or IT security technologies and controls.
• You have experience managing IT infrastructure projects across at least four relevant domains, including Compute & Storage.
• You have a good understanding of security infrastructure technologies, controls and best practices.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch, with a passive knowledge of the other language at B1 level.
• You hold an ITIL certification (minimum V3).
• You hold a project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Knowledge of ATRIAS is an asset.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and the identification of external partners is required.
• Experience in a Distribution Network Operator environment is a strong asset.
