🛠️ Responsibilities:
Supply chain planning
Develop and maintain an optimal production plan for the tactical horizon from month 3/4 up to 24 months.
Translate demand into production volumes and perform rough-cut capacity analyses.
Allocate resources to anticipate operating costs and inventory impacts.
Provide capacity and resource planning for the full manufacturing unit based on proven capabilities or well-founded assumptions, and manage the capacity profile approved during the supply review.
Lead the supply review meeting for the assigned business unit and actively contribute to the broader S&OP process.
Ensure the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is aligned with the production plan approved through S&OP.
Coordinate corrective actions to resolve resource constraints and shortages.
Logistics and administrative support
Process all documentation related to import shipments accurately in the Excel import file.
Provide customs clearance instructions to carriers and freight forwarders.
Prepare transport orders for deliveries under Ex Works or FCA incoterms.
Coordinate daily domestic transport flows between site, external warehouse, airport and sterilization partners.
Verify supplier and transport invoices for accuracy and submit them for approval.
Review deferred customs documentation for imports in line with the applicable AEO control requirements and request corrections when needed.
Participate actively in environmental commitments in line with the ISO 14001 policy and apply job-specific environmental procedures correctly.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO and all applicable legal and quality standards.
Profile
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Economics or Business Management.
Preferably 5 years of experience or more in planning, ideally complemented by logistics experience.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Strong interest in supply chain planning, with the ability to analyse complex situations and solve problems effectively.
Clear and confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at different levels in a timely manner.
Strategic mindset combined with urgency and a hands-on approach.
Continuous improvement attitude and openness to change.
Excellent numerical skills, including solid knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and preferably SQL.
Knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP PEP/SHAPE, and ideally other planning tools such as Kinaxis.
Good understanding of advanced planning and S&OP processes.
Experience with transportation and transport systems is a plus.
Willingness to support administrative activities when required.
