📋 Tasks and responsibilities
As Project Engineer Clean Utilities, you are responsible for the conceptual, basic and detailed engineering of clean utilities projects in a pharmaceutical environment. You define a clear project scope and translate it into compliant technical designs, aligned with applicable standards and coordinated with internal stakeholders.
- Manage the purchase, start-up and verification of clean utility installations.
- Coordinate and supervise the installation of equipment and piping.
- Execute verification and validation tests and ensure complete, accurate documentation.
- Support project delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance.
- Prepare detailed planning for the utility scope and align this with the wider project or operational schedule.
Qualifications
You have a master's degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, bio-engineering, industrial pharmacy, or equivalent experience. A background in a scientific field such as biochemistry or biotechnology is relevant for this role.
- Experience with clean utilities in the pharmaceutical sector is required.
- Experience in formulation or preparation is considered an asset.
- Hands-on experience with validation activities is a plus.
- You work in a structured way and contribute reliably within established procedures and service standards.
- You collaborate effectively with other teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
