For a leading institution in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Project Manager to help shape and deliver digital workplace initiatives.

In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering projects that improve employee productivity, collaboration and user experience through the effective use of technology. You ensure that scope, timelines, resources, governance and deliverables remain under control and aligned with business priorities.

You work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and senior leadership, and you provide clear reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions to support strong project outcomes and continuous improvement.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities and Scope

📁 Strategy, Governance, Project Management & Reporting

• Translate business needs into scalable and effective digital workplace solutions and help drive the digital workplace roadmap.
• Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, scope, objectives, success criteria and key deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance frameworks and the broader IT landscape, including security, data privacy, regulatory obligations and lifecycle processes for workplace tools and platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders and external service partners.
• Monitor execution by managing progress, risks, dependencies, quality, issue resolution and reporting to senior management.
• Assess solutions, relevant technologies and partner performance with a view to continuous improvement and business value.

📌 Improvement Management, User Adoption & Employee Experience

• Develop and roll out change management and user adoption approaches to increase the impact of digital workplace solutions.
• Define, follow up and report on KPIs such as adoption, platform usage, user satisfaction and business value realization.
• Lead workshops, alignment sessions and stakeholder discussions to convert business expectations into workable solutions.
• Encourage best practices and modern ways of working, with a strong focus on usability, efficiency, productivity and employee experience.

📝 Your profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager or in a comparable digital workplace project management role.
• Extensive background in project and program management, using Agile, PRINCE2, PMI or similar methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of Digital Workplace & Productivity Platforms and modern collaboration environments.
• Good understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure concepts.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Solutions Framework, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated IT project experience in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, combined with excellent communication and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex issues and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and matrix-based organizations.
• Good command of Dutch or French, as well as English.

📌 Work Arrangement

• Hybrid way of working with a 50% remote and 50% on-site split, depending on operational needs.
