Freelance possible - SAP Functional Analyst WM/EWM

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

You will join an IT environment that supports core operational activities and enables internal users to rely on stable business applications that continue to evolve.

As SAP Functional Analyst focused on WM/EWM, you contribute to the maintenance and further development of ERP solutions related to logistics, stock management and warehouse processes.

• Analyse change requests and determine their functional impact on the current SAP landscape.
• Estimate the workload for corrective maintenance and project-driven implementations.
• Compare solution scenarios and recommend the most suitable functional approach.
• Configure SAP and implement the required functional adjustments, with a strong focus on SAP WM.
• Contribute to technical analysis when needed, including ABAP debugging.
• Translate business requirements into clear and maintainable functional specifications, with attention to service continuity.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process models and reference documents, using a modelling tool where relevant.
• Help prepare tests, coordinate and monitor test execution, follow up quality results and support go-live activities.
• Monitor incidents and problems, and contribute to their analysis and resolution.
• Take part in initiatives linked to inventory management, warehousing and data migration.

📝 Your profile

• You have solid experience as a functional analyst in SAP environments.
• You bring strong expertise in SAP WM and SAP configuration.
• You have experience with inventory management and warehousing processes.
• You are familiar with SAP EWM.
• You can support analysis activities that involve ABAP debugging.
• You have experience working with a modelling tool.
• Knowledge of data migration is an asset.
• Experience with SAP MM, SAP PM or Stock Room Management in S/4HANA is a plus.
• Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
• You are fluent in at least one of the two national languages, Dutch or French, and have a good command of the other one.
