📋 Tasks and responsibilities
In a public-sector environment in Brussels, you will be responsible for the design, development, configuration and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions.
- Customize modules such as ITSM, CMDB and HRSD.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, scripts, business rules and UI policies.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP and SSO.
- Ensure the maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Contribute to governance and the ongoing improvement of ITIL processes.
- Train and support internal users.
📝Your profile
You have proven experience as a Product Manager.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM.
- Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS and the Glide API.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal and Reporting.
- Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP and SSO.
Methodological Skills
- Good knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 best practices.
Certifications
- ITIL Foundation is preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator or Application Developer are an asset.
