IT Care Agent (Freelance optional)

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

As an IT Care Agent, you are a visible point of contact for colleagues and help ensure they can work efficiently every day.

You will:

• Act as the first IT contact for employees across the organisation.
• Provide support for PCs, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, tablets and meeting room technologies.
• Assist users remotely and on-site, directly in the office.
• Prepare and install IT equipment for new starters and support the onboarding process.
• Handle incidents and service requests with attention to service quality and user experience.
• Support printers, including Canon and uniFLOW solutions.
• Work with Infrastructure and other IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Use ITSM and ITIL-based practices in the follow-up of support activities.
• Provide basic support on network-related topics such as VLAN and Wi-Fi where needed.

📝 Your profile

You enjoy solving problems, helping users and working closely with colleagues.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
• You are comfortable with Windows, Microsoft 365, Office 365, mobile devices and tablets.
• You have knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, ITIL and ITSM processes.
• You have experience with printer support, preferably including Canon and uniFLOW.
• You have a basic understanding of network topics such as VLAN and Wi-Fi.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a very good command of French and English.
• You explain technical matters in a clear and accessible way and work in a customer-oriented manner.
• You are proactive, solution-driven and comfortable in a collaborative environment.

Where are you going to work?

Brussels, with on-site presence at least 4 days a week.
