Scrum Master for Telecom Tooling

About the role

As Scrum Master, you support a cross-functional team working on tooling used to document a telecom network. The role combines agile facilitation, coaching and delivery follow-up. You help the team improve collaboration, strengthen ways of working and create better alignment with the product owner and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support consistent agile practices.
• Coach the team towards higher maturity and encourage continuous improvement.
• Improve collaboration across business, data, release management and external partners.
• Support the product owner with delivery follow-up and stakeholder alignment.
• Track progress through dashboards, reporting and team flow metrics.
• Spot impediments early and help the team resolve them.
• Challenge the team when agreed ways of working are not being followed.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase predictability and operational efficiency.

📝 Your profile

• You bring several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a similar agile leadership role.
• You are comfortable in a complex stakeholder environment and know how to build trust across different teams.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication and influencing skills are essential.
• You have hands-on experience with Jira, including dashboards, reporting and basic queries.
• Backlog management and the use of delivery metrics are familiar to you.
• You work in a pragmatic, solution-oriented way and can drive change without losing collaboration.
• Experience in telecom or another large enterprise setting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Confluence, Mural, SAFe, flow metrics or process design is a plus.
• Dutch is an asset.
