๐Ÿ“‹ Tasks and responsibilities

You will join a global Talent Center of Excellence responsible for defining and executing talent strategies across career frameworks, leadership development, succession, culture, performance management and skills transformation. The team works closely with HR Business Partners, managers and senior leadership to build organisational capability and ensure consistency across functions, business groups and regions.

As Senior Talent Consultant, you will support the global rollout and governance of a new enterprise-wide Career Framework. The scope includes the expansion of the framework to both blue-collar and white-collar populations, the alignment of skills and capability definitions, job levelling and governance, and the safeguarding of the framework's structural integrity. You will also support the project lead with methodology, harmonisation and the setup of long-term governance.

In addition, you will strengthen talent and performance initiatives, including performance management and talent review integration, structured feedback loops, technology enablement, facilitation, change leadership support, communication and skills management methodologies.

  • Support the global rollout of the Career Framework, including methodology, communication, training and governance.
  • Ensure alignment between job architecture, skills libraries, job profiles and organisational structure.
  • Support the development and implementation of governance models to maintain framework consistency.
  • Advise on best practices in talent management, leadership development and succession planning.
  • Enhance global performance management processes, including target setting, feedback cycles and technology usage, as well as talent review processes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to embed talent processes consistently across the organisation.
  • Analyse data, identify risks or inconsistencies, and propose concrete solutions.
  • Support the rollout through facilitation, change leadership support and the creation of communication materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption and alignment with the organisational strategy.

Location
Brussels, with a minimum onsite presence of 3 days per week. Limited travel to other sites in Belgium may be required.

๐Ÿ“Your profile

  • Relevant academic background in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of proven expertise in talent management, including career frameworks, job architecture, skills taxonomy and organisational capability building.
  • Experience with performance management and talent review process design and implementation.
  • Strong background in leadership development and succession planning.
  • Solid understanding of governance principles and the ability to embed long-term structures.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in international corporate environments is required; industrial sector experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of collective labour agreements and their impact on job frameworks.
  • Courageous and able to challenge constructively while upholding governance principles.
  • Analytical, structured and methodical, with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, with strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Accountable and able to work autonomously in a complex, global environment.
  • Mature consulting presence, with the ability to guide senior stakeholders.
  • Certifications in talent management, leadership development or organisational methodologies are an asset.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
